Fredfoss
Kajakkspesialisten's workshop, where courses are held, is located in Fredfoss cultural institution in Vestfossen. There is a train station in Vestfossen, and it is about 45 minutes' by car from Oslo.

Fredfoss is an old textile mill, founded by Hans Nielsen Hauge in the early 19th century. Now the factory area is home to a number of craftsmen and artisans. The workshop serves as production area, shop and course location. During courses, overnight tentings are arranged in the park around Fredfoss or in other nearby locations. The workshop is situated close to the water for the sake of kayak testing and shorter kayak trips.
